Line Manager: Operations Director
Job Purpose: To assist in the management of operational requirements and processes to the benefit of the company.
To control administration of various inventory requirements within set parameters and in line with company policy. Develop and manage operations processes and procedures in order to maximize efficiencies and incomes for these areas.
Assist in identifying and creating processes and solution for better information flow, optimization of airtime, as well as using creating initiatives for more efficient systems.
Media Inventory Operations
o Campaign set up

o Inventory optimization and control
o Inventory delivery
o Inventory reporting (Line manager/Account Director/Agency)
o Clock numbers, ad creative
