Founded in Australia in 2005, we are now installed in over 500 major assets internationally across London, Paris and multiple cities in Germany. The Australian arm of the business was sold to OOH! in October 2016.

The London office opened in 2009 and now delivering a mixture of advertising and real-time news content to c400,000 AB Adults per week. We are a very ambitious and highly resourced business with a clear strategy to further expand our product across both London and Europe. We have delivered significant and consistent y-on-y growth, both in advertising revenue and asset numbers.

We have a fully resourced UK team working across; Sales and Marketing, Operations, Asset Development and Finance. The job represents an opportunity to join a growing business with a fantastic product and excellent client base including British Airways, Chanel, Land Rover and American Express. We have complete ownership of our inventory in the Media market in the UK, which makes us a truly unique proposition delivering a highly demanded audience.

What you’ll do:
• Position and sell the proposition to clients and Agencies across all Specialist groups*
• Attend sales meetings and site tours
• Engage with industry peers socially and keep us ‘front of mind’
• Build presentations and write proposals
• Present and create sales arguments for investing with us
• Establish relationships with key Agency planners and Outdoor specialists
• Report on Outdoor activity in the market
• Proactive sales pitches
• Effectively use insights and research and work with team to develop targeted sales strategy
• Work with your peers to create an effective personal development strategy

Core Objectives for this role are:
• Help establish the brand within agency and Outdoor specialists
• Grow client base by identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with key clients
• Build and manage relationships with existing clients
• Hold a minimum of six key meetings each week
• Presenting to prospective new clients
• Work closely with Marketing and Design teams
• Liaising with French and German counterparts to try and grow cross-market campaigns
• Attend industry events and maintain high profile with key decision makers

Key Attributes and Experience:

• Well organised and structured
• Enjoy working in a small, but growing team
• Minimum 5 years Sales experience, preferably with Outdoor experience and knowledge
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication skills and competent presenter
• Enthusiasm for new business generation
• Enjoy the social side of media
• Flexible with ability to adapt and welcome new challenges
• Good fun and lively
