The company is a global leader in the ‘Out of Home’ (OOH) media sector and are experts in understanding how brands connect with people’s lifestyles and the environments they engage with. The company partners closely with its clients and media agencies on campaigns whilst working closely with media owners on outside location.

Objective of the Role
International Account Managers work closely with their Account Director and Executives to help develop a range of effective Out of Home solutions for direct clients and partner agencies as part of the overall planning for specific accounts.
The Account Manager is expected to respond to the day to day planning requests from their allocated agencies and clients, and manage their workloads accordingly to ensure that the most efficient and effective responses are delivered across their portfolio. The candidate will be expected to have a good knowledge of their client’s objectives, and to be able to build relationships quickly with their key contacts both internally and externally.

The Account Manager will report into an Account Director and the Head of International Roadside.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with agency, clients and media owner contacts
• To build relationships with the other network offices and behave as one global team
• Work with their teams to deliver effective OOH solutions for clients globally
• To understand regional/global intricacies and collate information effectively based on this knowledge
• Have a good understanding of clients’ business, their industry and the competitive landscape
• Identifying areas of opportunity for growth based on client knowledge of their objectives
• Understanding and communicating new Out of Home opportunities to clients where relevant
• Actively promote all company SBUs and identify ways of communicating benefits to agencies and clients to drive revenue
• Ensuring that workloads are managed and responded to effectively on a day to day basis
• Understanding and implementing their planning process which will include utilising industry and proprietary tools
• Working with the Account Director to develop an understanding of the commercial requirements by client and overall
• Growing industry knowledge through attendance at internal training programmes
• Attending company meetings and company forums
• Understanding the company's offering (including the small business units) and to communicate appropriately

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Required
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard
• Advanced MS office skills
• Good Understanding of Out of Home and overall media market place
