OVERVIEW
An agency sales role with responsibility of the day to day running and leadership of agency groups whilst ensuring maximising revenues across the agency portfolio across all company platforms. The candidate must have strong agency relationships with communication planning teams, trading directors and planner/buyers.
This role will support in executing the commercial agency strategy with key experience in the day to day running of an agency group across all platforms.
The candidate must have strong agency sales experience, lots of contacts within media agencies and ideally have a print/digital background

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To implement & support in the delivery of the agency strategy set by the Agency Trading Director/Head of Brand
• To sell & maximise the revenue from agencies across all platforms
• To ensure strong relationships with strategic planners, planners & buyers
• Work closely with client team, partnership team, and digital specialists to drive creative ideas and revenue within agency group
• Write a concise agency group strategy and implement accordingly inline with the wider agency strategy
• Support Agency Trading Director in implementing the wider strategy
• Support Agency Account Managers where necessary
• Run and keep up to date and concise business sheets
• Execute the overall agency strategy and report on performance in quarterly updates
• Ensure regular monitoring of deals for the relevant agency group with agency trading director
• Responsible for print display, digital and creative solutions from the relevant agency group
• Proactively set and attend meetings with all agencies within the group
• Total responsibility for bookings from agency group
• Daily maintenance of all bookings, options and pipelines for display, digital and creative
• With the support of the partnership content manager & digital commercial editor deliver excellent pitch decks proactive /reactive to briefs
• Ensure all contacts in the relevant agency group are up to date in agency manual CRM
• Drive revenues in agency group with proactive creative solutions
• Ensure organisation of agency updates, huddles etc
• Key focus on driving print creative revenues
• Monitor and keep abreast of all relevant agency news and updates – and client information
• Entertain responsibly and in line with the agency group strategy with a targeted approach
• Ensure targeted approach to agency entertaining with a plan that supports the wider commercial budget
• To attend all external functions where necessary
• Attend relevant external conferences to develop skills and knowledge
• Ensure regular communication of brands performance via presentation decks and informative emails
• Strong knowledge of all platforms and competitor landscape
