He/she will create powerful stories about the role of OOH in the media mix, about OOH audiences and how to optimally engage with them. Emphasising and defining the company's differentiated market position and reinforcing its commercial credentials
To assist senior Activation & Client Development team to provide strategic insight when required e.g. campaign solutions and new business pitches. The goal is for the company to become known for the quality of its solutions (planning and activation) and the added value that these deliver, differentiating it from its competitors.
Helps curate the company's consumer insight resources to create an authoritative, consumer-centric view of OOH audiences that feeds into planning solutions, sales, new business, and marcomms activity.

To help shape and position the company's role as thought leader in OOH

Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers’ behaviour outdoors using all the insight available across the broader team (including primary research and data), creating a source-neutral, consumer-centric view of OOH audiences that feeds into planning solutions, sales activity, new business, and marketing communications activity
• Forges strong ties with client, agency and media-owner research and planning leads
• Works closely with the ‘Head of Activation’ & ‘Client Development’ and the wider Activation and Business Development team to ensure that all Planning and Insight team activities are fully aligned with their objectives
• Crafts engaging and inspiring presentations that demonstrate their position as a thought leader in OOH and become more broadly recognised in the marketing/media sector

• Ensures presentations are of a high quality visually and with a clear compelling script that can be given to the Client Development unit and Activation leads to present externally
• Works with Activation leads to shape OOH education sessions for clients and agencies
• Assists the Client Development unit in shaping the strategy and big idea for OOH new business pitches
• Works with Head of Digital to help shape our take to market proposition around live planning, clearly and concisely communicating the rationale and benefits of the approach.
• Work with Activation leads on OOH communication planning on clients that require more strategic thought and integration with other media channels
• Keeps staff updated on critical market news affecting other media channels and how this relates to OOH (opportunities and risks)
• Creates generic creds decks and collateral (e.g. boards, showreels etc.)
• Creates quarterly and end of year decks
• Identifies, coordinates, writes and produces case studies for use by the Activation team and Marketing

• Graduate, minimum 2:1
• MRS qualified
