Position objective
To contribute to the agency's digital display strategy and sector development, and client servicing, specifically by planning, buying, running and reporting on campaigns; presenting to clients, via regular client calls and meetings.

New Business
• Contribute big ideas and sector expertise to pitch and tender processes including cost matrix and planning grids
• Attend pitch meetings where required
• Onboard new clients including auditing and client inductions/education

General Responsibilities
• Planning and buying digital media campaigns using industry tools, previous campaign data and agency systems/process
• Work with the rest of the Media planning team to provide integrated cross platform campaigns
• Delivering new or emerging digital media buys for our clients
• Initiate and develop excellent media owner relationships
• Negotiate best value and rates with media owners
• Coordinate with digital production teams on creative content to support digital campaigns
• Input to campaign reports and insights, including recommends for future campaigns
• Campaign setup and monitoring including tracking to sale, implementation/creation of tags, advising clients on process and required changes to current setups
• Provide cover where necessary for other members of the team
• Continuing to learn and develop – track certifications, exams and training with view to improving agency accreditation
• Assist in recruitment and induction process where necessary/requested
• To line manage junior members of the team where required
• To provide training and mentoring to new starters and junior team members

Personal development
• To use internal resource to further knowledge and understanding of all areas of digital media to encourage cross pollination in planning
• To act as a positive ambassador for the digital planning team, Media team and the agency both internally and externally by leading by example, and acting in a consistent, professional manner
