About the Role:
To support Account Managers/Directors and the team in all areas of day to day business and develop professional relationships with agencies/clients, in order to ensure the smooth flow of business. A keen interest in media and desire to learn is essential for this role, also excellent Interpersonal skills – effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels.

Key areas of responsibility:
To manage and update availabilities, audience insight, correlate research and pricing, liaising with all internal departments
To assist the team in proposal writing, reporting requirements, keeping marketing literature up to date and managing internal supply of information
Sourcing material for presentations: photographs, printing and binding copies
Timely response to colleagues/managers requests and requests from agencies/clients/specialists
Be visible in the market place with external meetings with a team member
Awareness and knowledge of company products and services and clear understanding of benefits versus competitors and other media, whilst developing knowledge of the portfolio.
Liaise with team members for provision of after sales service
Manage competitive reports across the product portfolio and share information internally
Be skilled on company database systems

Skills Required:
PC literate – efficient in the use of Windows, should be fully conversant with Excel and have PowerPoint knowledge
Excellent Interpersonal skills – effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels.
Good planning and organisational skills
Commercial acumen – focused on incremental revenue generation from a known/new client base
Creative thinking – ability to identify opportunities and develop new initiatives Goal orientation – focused on setting and exceeding personal, team and organizational goals
Sales experience
Adept at networking and able to socialize productively
Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
Appreciation of importance of support role in the sales chain
Ability to build and maintain good inter-departmental relationships
Tactful approach when dealing with agencies/clients
Smart appearance,articulate,confident
