Head of Sales UK
Reporting into the CEO, the role requires proactive Business Development across our Media/Mobile agency and advertiser clients/prospects. Ensuring sales of all company solutions, whilst additionally being the voice and representation of the business on social channels and at industry events.

Role & Responsibilities

Advertiser/Agency Management & Development
• Key point of contact for assigned Media/Mobile Agency clients/prospects
• Drive increased revenue and profit
• Building relationships with existing/prospect agency contacts and teams
o Comms Planning & Trading
o Performance, Digital & Mobile
o Account/Associate/Business Directors & Divisional Heads
• Champion the company across all agencies and advertisers
• Have a thorough understanding of key influencing factors in Agency Campaign briefing to IO and Budget sign offs
• Understand missed opportunities across the agency client portfolios and actively search and propose new opportunities to gain involvement in all future agency thoughts.
• Work with the publisher team to identify new publisher opportunities to present to Advertiser/Agency in order to source new campaigns
• Help to source new international opportunities at a publisher and advertiser level

Pipeline/Forecast/Target Management
• Forecast delivery volumes and Costs on all campaigns
• Proactivity source new opportunities to increase company earnings & Reporting on Pipeline activity,
• Agree business revenue targets and consistently delivery against these

Qualification/Contact management
• Respond to incoming Sales/Business Development enquiries
• Qualify and Quantify levels of opportunity
• Allocate/Delegate new business opportunities within the team
• Keep a log of all advertiser/agency contact & updating/owning contact management system

Networking/Trade Body involvement/Marketing
• Representation of the business on social channels; Team updates, Awards & Achievements, Product Developments
• Actively seek knowledge of Industry Developments & Mobile Performance Trends
• Active involvement in IAB PMC & Mobile Council
• Attend key Affiliate, Performance, Digital & Mobile Industry Events
• Attendance and Speaking at key Conferences/Expos/Exhibitions/Trade Events
• Competitor awareness

Prioritisation/Team communications/Problem solving
• Management of Advertiser/Agency team resource
• Prioritise Daily/Weekly tasks of the team
• Proactive involvement in team meetings/discussions
• Delegate issues/concerns across the team
• Have an overall involvement on all parts of the company business
• Have an open line of communication with the team to help and co-ordinate best level resolve on questions/concerns

Key Requirements
• Team Player, ambitious and target driven
• 3+ years Sales/Business development experience into Media Agencies
• Advanced understanding of the Media Industry, with knowledge of the Mobile Industry and Digital Brand/Performance Channels
• Existing Agency contacts – Comms Planning/Buying, Digital Display, Performance, Mobile and RTB/Programmatic
• Advanced use of: Contact Management systems, Excel, PowerPoint
