They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Partner Manager to join their London office on a part-time basis. Working with a diverse team, you will provide full generalist HR service to managers and employees using a business partner approach. They will look to this role to provide expertise on handling employee issues per country employment laws as well as play an active part in supporting strategic HR business projects and navigating organizational change.
Coach & guide European managers on all aspects of performance management including annual conversations, goal setting, and compensation planning.
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues while encouraging managers to overcome concerns and address performance issues directly.
Liaise with Senior Leadership and hiring managers to communicate staffing needs to our Europe recruiter and support the interview process as needed.
Manage activities related to Company Engagement Survey by providing analysis and recommendations for action plans. Ensure action plans are sustained throughout the year.
Works with the People Team on all onboarding and exits of employees.
Ensure monthly payroll activity being submitted accurately.
Oversee staff benefit programs .
Support People Development efforts around manager and employee training.
Partner with US People Team colleagues: People Partners & Operations, People Development (Learning & Development), Talent Team.
Skills & Knowledge
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment.
Prior UK and European HR experience is essential. Experience of Poland & German labor law will be advantageous.
Bachelor’s University degree minimum; CIPD or relevant HR qualification/accreditation is advantageous.
Consultative business partnership and relationship building skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to support and drive initiatives with clear, forward-looking HR strategies.
Employee relations skills and talent management experience.
The ability to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and evaluate information to resolve situation/issues in a timely manner.
The ability to multi-task in complex working environment with accuracy and proficiency.
High degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Able to manage projects and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Google office and Microsoft Office, knowledge of various HR tools and systems - i.e Work Day and Greenhouse
