The company owns some of the largest and most popular shopping centres in the UK and Europe, as well as the UK's first online shopping centre.
To source and generate revenue from promotional activity in line with the Commercial Business Plan.
The Account Manager will drive existing Brands to increase spend and also develop new
Brand opportunities whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
To source new Brand Experience promotions who fit within the company's brand values and quality guidelines.
To achieve / exceed income targets.
To maintain an existing client database of Brands through planned individual area management.
To respond to sales opportunities within agreed time limits and document the sales pipeline.
To develop their relationship with Brand and media agencies.
To conduct sales research for Brand experience, road shows and sponsorship opportunities.
To communicate and liaise with the Promotions Administrator in the coordination of Brand documentation and logistics.
To fully understand their portfolio, its centres and the available promotion sites.
To work as part of a team whilst being supportive, confident and consultative.
To ensure that all of their high standards of operation are achieved.
To ensure the efficient delivery of Brand Promotions in centre through the Commercialisation Coordinators.
To monitor and update the client database.
To challenge and improve existing services and facilities through innovation.
To undertake any other duties as and when required by management.
They require the candidate to have sales experience within the media world / experiential (outdoor, press, online etc)
