The Role

The Sales Co-Ordinator role at this leading cinema company is a supportive role which requires the candidate to use initiative to support the creative team as well as day to day support of the sales team. There will also be opportunities to work alongside the sales team in a media sales capacity on pitches and planning. The job is a stepping stone into a media sales role, with a natural progression into an account executive position. A successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and progress.

Main Responsibilities

• Day to Day support of Innovation Projects with Head of Innovations.
• Maintain and update film presentations for sales team
• Monitor & update team on the progress of released films
• Use internal resources to run reports for sales team
• Assist the team with presentations for clients and agencies
• Help co-ordinate company events such as film screenings and client entertainment

Qualifications
Applicants to be of degree calibre with a keen interest in film, sales and advertising.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong IT skills – must be able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be analytical and have excellent numeric skills
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Understanding of business/commercial environments
• Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking

Experience

• Administrative experience is essential
• Knowledge of Film & Cinema industry is desirable
