Salesforce & BI Manager
We are recruiting for a fantastic role at a major outdoor media company. The Salesforce and Business Information Manager will be responsible for complete ownership of the salesforce programme. With strong analytical skills and a commercial mind-set you’ll be a key figure in the sales force and business information team.
Purpose of Role:
Ownership of the complete Salesforce program and lifecycle.
Salesforce is essential to running day to day business; with over 100 Sales people plugged into Salesforce loading in all prospects, pipeline, management and contacts
There is now a need for a specialist resource to come in and oversee selling operations. This role would include an analysis of the use of Salesforce.
The role reports into a newly created role of Head of Pricing and Inventory Management, sitting under the Commercial Director. The role will require the ability to work across multiple touchpoints in the business – Sales, Finance, Data, Marketing and Customer Services.
The business is seeking an individual with a strong Salesforce background in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, able to confidently work at a macro and micro level, and ensure that best value is extracted from the Sales, Insights and Pipeline.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ownership and Management of the Salesforce program
Optimise effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce lifecycle
Remain up to date on current industry trends or developments, and applying them to the benefit of the business when necessary
Educate, train and deliver Salesforce training sessions across the business
Partner with the Sales team to engage and influence the correct use of Salesforce
Provide comprehensive insights and data to the Commercial Director and comment on performance as required
Ensure all data being input into the system is accurate, consistent and delivered in a timely manner
First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for Salesforce
Deliver useful, relevant and informative reports to management when required
Enable Salesforce to influence the Sales team leads for re-runs, calls and meetings
Streamline Salesforce to efficiently report on the most appropriate and beneficial information for the business
Ensure all employees are utilising Salesforce to its complete potential, offering assistance and guidance when required
Responsible for tidying up the Salesforce database and working with other departments to ensure best practice

Experience of making Salesforce successful within a Commercial organisation
5-6 years of salesforce experience
Analytics experience within a Commercial organisation
Transferring information between multiple systems
Demonstrate ability to change and personalise Salesforce to suit specific business
Degree level preferable
Specific Salesforce experience / qualifications
