You will own areas of content on new business pitches and should expect to be asked to present your work.
You will be responsible for delivering new business proposals and making a contribution to the revenue delivered by your team and be familiar with forecasting these opportunities and maintaining a pipeline.
You’ll understand the need and the requirements for delivering highest quality insights & learnings, e.g. analytics, dashboarding and liaise closely with Marketing Intelligence to drive the agenda on the account.
You will be a point of escalation in addressing agency and market challenges, demonstrating the ability to seek the most appropriate resolutions for all parties.
You will own the relationships with your clients, acting as an ambassador for the team and proactively identifying ways the team can support them.
You will build strong relationships with key agency partners and ensure the agency is appropriately represented and maximising our role in their relationship with the client.
You will be able to organise the workload of the team to ensure that their output is delivered as efficiently as possible and to the highest standard – but confident enough to challenge clients to help prioritise workflow and client demands.
You will be the overseer of ensuring that strategic and operational excellence are achieved.
