Description

This is a crucial role in the emerging DOOH (Digital Out of home) campaigns and will work closely with the Central Operations Team.
The Central Operations Team is principally concerned with providing these services.
1. The implementation and optimisation of campaigns using a range of targeting criteria and tactics across different delivery systems to ensure campaigns meet performance expectations.
2. Finding automation potential for manual processes and finding ways to pull together disparate analytical information into actionable insights.
The Optimisation Manager/DOOH Account Manager will also work closely with the Operations Lead and the SAD to collaboratively generate Optimisation Best Practice and organise workload within the team.
The Optimisation Manager/DOOH Account Manager reports to the Senior Account Director (SAD) of the Ops unit and will ultimately be measured on his or her ability to deliver campaigns in accordance with KPIs mutually agreed and on overall campaign/network margin.

Overview of Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Proactive Campaign Optimisation and Monitoring
o Takes care of campaigns from brief to billing, ensuring each stage of campaign delivery is on time, accurate and as high quality as possible.
o Expected to proactively monitor all aspects of a campaign’s delivery (performance and pacing) across all channels and delivery systems
o Must be aware of holistic campaign performance at all times and is expected to identify optimisation opportunities both proactively and in response to requests to optimise from other parts of the team
o Execute on identified opportunities by making live changes in delivery systems and by briefing other internal departments as required
o Responsible for keeping the wider team informed about campaign performance
o Reactive Campaign Optimisation to problems and issues as they arise
o Produce regular recommendations on how campaign strategy should be amended for future bookings
o Ensures campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately at end of each month.

• Data and Analytics
o Base all decisions on empirical data using appropriate analytical techniques and with a strong appreciation of where assumptions are being made
o Create campaign reports (showing progress against KPIs)
o Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis
o Optimisers are expected to meet agreed performance KPIs and maximise yield where possible

• Product and Pipeline
o Use pipeline management tools to ensure the team has a clear view of what campaigns are coming up
o Build case studies to assist in additional revenue generation
o Understand, articulate and champion the product offering
o Build a good understanding of our competitors and how our USPs compare to theirs

• Media supply optimisation
o Recommend cross Media Owner reallocations
o Help determine Media Owner selection, pricing and volume
o Liaise with the Trading team to execute on supply/demand tactics
o Ensure any concerns around Brand Safety or Fraud are proactively communicated

• Additional
o Assist with internal recruitment requirements as required with the support of HR/Talent Team
o Acts as a Buddy for new starters
o Get involved in the wider business; helping with training, forums, agency initiatives, developing tools and systems, creative ideas, internal and external events etc.
